CIKLab was born when Maxence Duprez and Lionel Murat, working in the ingredients industry, struggled to manage countless Excel files and paper records.
Spreadsheets piled up. Lab results, especially from third-party labs, were scattered across emails. Processes were slow, errors were frequent, and valuable time was wasted.
They knew there had to be a better way. CIKLab was created to manage hundreds of control plans, track diverse analysis schedules, and generate Certificates of Analysis (CoA) in seconds, from internal labs, external labs, and suppliers.
